Chicken Teriyaki

I’ve been using this great teriyaki sauce (recipe by Adam Liaw, found here) to make some amazing teriyaki chicken that reminds me so much of my favourite japanese restaurant. The sauce is just a combination of sugar, mirin, sake, and soy sauce, gently heated together.

It’s pretty easy to get it right after you’ve made the sauce. Just sear off the chicken thighs, and add the sauce, and reduce until it’s thick!
