Hope everyone reading has had a great start to the new year of 2020 (and new decade)!
Today, I made myself my first poached egg. No bullshit, just a pot, some water, and an egg. Took me 3 tries to get a decent one that stayed together. The first one I messed up, the second, the yolk broke before I could even try, the third worked!
Next time, I’ll be looking to add some smoked salmon, perhaps. And definitely some Hollandaise sauce!
