Today I grabbed lunch at Roast’n’Curries. Ever since my friend introduced me to it, it has been my favourite place for curry in Ottawa and has set the bar that I compare all other curries to.
This is the second time I get the Lamb curry, and it doesn’t disappoint. All their curry sauces are well balanced in flavour and spice (and the slight heat), the meats tender and juicy, and the thickness is exactly how I like it.
Too often I forget to get some of their delicious green chili hot “sauce”, which adds way more flavour than just heat.
A mainstay for sure, and I’ll keep coming back!
